instructions for herbs

Loose Tea

All teas are loose except the Mo hair tea. All teas come in a 3.2 oz  food grade BPA free bag . You can transfer to a glass jar for longer shelf life. 


To Prepare: add 1 TBSP of the herb to 6 oz of boiling water. Cover and steep for 10-15 mins, strain and drink. 


For roots and barks boils 1 TBSP for 5 min cover, remove from heat let steep 20 min. 


Powders can be added to capsules or smoothies
